Location: Barrisol in Mulhouse (France)
Date: December 4 and 5, 2025
Participation: The number of participants is limited to 30. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
Registration: Once we receive your registration, it will be processed quickly..
Deadline: If you register after November 21, 2025, there is no guarantee and no entitlement to a hotel room.
Hotel: Barrisol is offering accommodation from December 4 to December 5 at a special rate of €110.00 (compliance). Payment is to be made individually at the hotel. Barrisol will cover the cost of meals. There are also various options available for a long weekend at a special rate – please indicate this when registering.
Confirmation: Your registration details will be checked upon receipt, and confirmation of participation will be sent in a separate email.
Cancelation: You can cancel your participation at any time by sending us an email. In the case of no-shows or cancellations after November 28, 2025, the costs for hotel and meals will be charged (the terms and conditions apply).

Terms and conditions
- Legal action is excluded. By submitting the registration form, you accept the terms and conditions.
- The automatic confirmation of receipt of your registration does not entitle you to participate in the conference. Seats and hotel rooms are only available to those who receive a personal reservation from AEU Acoustics AG – the number of seats is limited to 30 people! Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received.
- Participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the conference and used for public relations purposes. You can revoke your consent in the message field.
- In case of no-appearance without cancellation by November 28, 2025, the costs for hotel rooms and meals will be charged.
- Your registration data will be treated confidentially by AEU Acoustics AG and will not be passed on to third parties.
- All claims for liability against the organizer are excluded.
- Program changes and modifications are reserved at any time and without prior notice.
- General Terms and Conditions of AEU Acoustics AG apply (The original German version applies).
- Swiss law applies, and the legal venue is Bern.
